The Wilmington HOPE Commission’s top priority is the health and well being of it’s staff and those we serve during this pandemic. This page is provided as an information resource for the virtual and in person services that are provided during our new normal.

During the week of March 23, 2020, the in -person services at the Achievement Center have been suspended in an abundance of caution. Each week we will continue to assess the situation and update accordingly.

Wilmington HOPE Commission (WHC) has shifted in-person services, groups and counseling sessions to be accessible virtually and electronically. All clients should have been contacted by a member of the HOPE Commission clinical staff. If you have not been contacted please reach out to the Clinical Director at
